MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS The Slow Down to Gain Momentum membership is offered with the following payment options: • Monthly payment, paid manually each month (22€) • One-time payment for the full 10-month program duration (199€) By enrolling in the program, you enter into a service agreement with Verena Seipp under the terms described below. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP - CANCELLATION POLICY If you choose the monthly payment option, you may cancel your membership at any time, as you are paying manually per month. No partial refunds are provided for unused time, sessions, or content within a billing period Access remains active until the end of the paid month ONE-TIME PAYMENT (10 MONTHS) - CANCELLATION & REFUNDS If you choose the one-time payment option, you are booking a program with a fixed duration of 10 months. • After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the one-time payment is non-refundable • Early termination of participation does not entitle you to a partial refund or credit • Access to the program content and live elements is granted according to the program structure REFUND POLICY Except for any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, all payments are non-refundable. This includes: • Missed or unattended live sessions • Unused content or resources • Changes in personal circumstances after enrollment SESSION ATTENDANCE & CONTENT ACCESS • Live sessions are offered on scheduled dates and times and are not transferable • Missed live sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded • Access to digital content ends when the paid membership period
